US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is scheduled to meet Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng in Madrid between Sunday and Wednesday. These meetings continue a series of negotiations aimed at easing trade tensions and delaying higher tariffs implementation on each other’s goods.
